Improvements:

  - Added pictures synchronization with the following main features:
    - User can select the pictures location to sync
    - A picture is never sent twice to the server
    - The client handles errors of exceeding quota
    - The picture source appears/disappears depending on the server capabilities
  - Changed status message for partially completed sync
  - Added a new application icon for high screen resolution devices to be used 
    in BBOS47 build.
  - Auto update is now enabled by default
  - Home screen UI improvement
  - Workaround to ignore IM becase is not supported by devices.  
  - Workaround for Mobile 2 and Home Fax fields for BB OS 5.0
    (Opened Known Issue about bug #8110)
  - Improved log to print sync summary at the end of the sync process.
  - Added automatic test framework
  - The customization file was enanched with the possibility
    to enable and disable the client C2S push. this feature is disabled until
    the S2C COP will be ready and tested. Also the Configuration parameters values
    where dinamically loaded to avoid sync mode indexing problems.
  - Removed help from the client
  - Added upd-info target to the build in order to automatically create the 
    update info files.
  - Introduced runtime localization handling for language files.
    - Changed StaticDataHelper implementation;
    - Update design document;
    - Revised how_to_build.
  - Aligned UpdaterManager with the new Updater in the jme-sdk
  - Added target to build source package
  - Added LoginManager in order to generalize the client login process.
  - Extended network timeout on platforms where this is possible (OS 4.5)
  - Limit the number of items packed into a single SyncML message during slow sync to minimize
    timeout issues

        pictures sync

- #8973 Contacts duplicated on BB after slow sync if they were created on Mac
